Reservations

A deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Reservations cancelled one week prior to booking will be refunded in full. Reservations cancelled after one week will forefit the deposit unless another booking is made for the same time period.

Holiday periods including Labor day, Memorial day, and 4th of July may require payment in full at time of booking.

Updated Rental Policy

1. March 15 - Nov. 1, on weekends (Friday or Saturday) single night rentals will have a surcharge. $40 for the First Cabin and $60 for the Rock House. If a request is made for the other night, then the surcharge will be refunded.
2. Overnight Guests are welcome to have other guests visit during the day and evening. However, we request that you inform us in advance of their arrival. A day usage charge of $15/ person will apply.
3. **Rock House nightly rates apply to 3-4 guests. $15/ PERSON ADDITIONAL UP TO 10 PERSONS. 1-2 persons DISCOUNTED RATE OF $135 / NIGHT.
4. *Old Cabin nightly rate apply to 1-3 guests, $15 per additional guest.
5. ** Rental fee to large groups that utilize Kitchen for cooking and eating during the stay. No charge for regular recreational use. Please consult with Susie.
6. FRIENDLY DOGS ARE WELCOME. PET FEE DEPENDS ON SIZE OF DOG, $30 AND UP.
7. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES ARE VERY FLEXIBLE.
